The Farmstand is the perfect option to grow your own food at home! It does not require previous experience or knowledge, can be used indoors or outdoors with little space, and only takes a few minutes each week to care for. We also provide our growers with resources, videos, and more to make sure they have everything they need to successfully grow.
Here is everything you need to know before you start growing!
Our Products
The Farmstand
The Farmstand is a modular, hydroponic vertical garden that makes growing plants a breeze. There are 6 ports for seedlings on each level so you can grow anywhere from 12 to 36 seedlings at once all while using 95% less water and energy than traditional farming techniques.

Seedlings
Our seedlings are seasonally curated and grown using high-quality, non-GMO, organic seeds and raised using organic standards and practices. All of our seedling centers use organic pest management strategies and inspect orders before they are sent out.
We ship pre-sprouted seedlings that have been growing at our farms for at least 3 weeks. This ensures germination and drastically reduces the amount of time until your first harvest so you can enjoy your plants sooner.

Glow Rings
If you are growing indoors then you will need to use our Glow Rings to provide your seedlings with the proper amount and type of light so that they flourish! They were specifically designed to fit the design of the Farmstand and only use $.15 - $.19 of electricity per day.

The Set Up
This is all you need at home to set yourself up for success:
●
: Plants grow best with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day.
●
: Your Farmstand's footprint is 22" x 22" but we recommend a 2' x 2' area to ensure easy access to your plants.
●
: The Farmstand needs constant power (using a GFCI outlet or GFCI outlet adapter) and to be refilled weekly.
●
(optional): If you are planning to use your Farmstand indoors then you will need Glow Rings to provide your plants with the proper amount of light for healthy growth.
Weekly Maintenance
The Farmstand does most of the heavy lifting, however, you will need to do a few things each week to keep everything thriving and running smoothly. It typically takes 5 - 10 minutes however some growers tend to spend more time taking care of their Farmstand as they get more passionate about growing their own food. These are the three components of the Farmstand’s weekly maintenance:
● Fill your Farmstand with water until it is 2-3 inches below the opening
● Add nutrients
● Test and adjust your plants pH
It is also helpful to take some time to inspect your plants to make sure they are free of pests and disease.
Quarterly Resets
Each season, we recommend cleaning your Farmstand, removing old plants, and starting with fresh water and nutrients. This keeps your Farmstand clean and running smoothly, prepares it for the upcoming season, and gets rid of old plants that attract pests and disease.
We recommend doing this every 3 months.
